Winder-Barrow couldn't win at Apalachee last weekend, but they weren't going to lose to their county rivals at the Dogghouse Saturday.

Mimi Hill scored 23 and Brittany Witt added 19 for the Lady Doggs, who held off the Lady Cats 68-59.

Senior Porshia Cleveland led Apalachee with 22 points, while Lacresha Mayweather added 17.

With the win Winder-Barrow finally has a winning record, 5-4, in the Region 8-AAAA North, while Apalachee falls to 2-7.
